Angel playing a tabor (and possibly also a pipe)on the crozier at New College, Oxford. It is in a section level with the angel's outstretched wing

The crozier is one of the insignia of rank of the Bishop and is usually a long staff with the end curved in a heavy volute carved with foliage.
